So, what's the consensus? Do we refer to multiple energy as "energy" or "energies?" --P o L i 16:59, 10 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Nevermind. Looks like officially, it's "Energy." Referenced Garchomp C LV.X (Supreme Victors 145). --P o L i 17:04, 10 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Dragon Energy card

Shouldn't be added the Dragon Energy cardto the list of the current energy cards or there are some reasons for which it hasn't been added yet?--CiaobyDany (talk) 20:18, 18 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

There is no Dragon Energy card, just a type of Pokémon. MaverickNate 04:14, 19 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Sun and Moon Secret Rare Energy

These are distributed throughout the sun and moon series, I think they might warrant a side note TheFierceStorm (talk) 18:24, 3 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Designs

I might be going a bit overkill with my masterset collection but I would like to add the relevent to nergy cards to the sets they were introduced so for instance team up had a new energy card design in the sun and moon era and will therefore have a copy of each relevent energy type added to the end of the binder. I'm therefore wondering if we can get a gallery of the different energy card designs and the sets which they were introduced Silent Scyther (talk) 10:29, 14 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Were names changed in SV?

I was just about to add a note saying the SV set changed the name of the Basic Energy cards to be Basic [Type] Energy instead of [Type] Energy, but when I checked the Pokemon.com article announcing the change, it said that "The name of the Energy will now be featured on the top of the card..." Which, if taken literally, would mean that the card's names were always Basic [Type] Energy. Which then means that all of the card indexing sites calling the old cards [Type] Energy, including ourselves, are incorrect. Does anyone have any opinions on this? I'm confused. Yes and no, In the TPC sets they were labeled as such since the LEGEND era, but the English sets didn't catch on to name the cards until SV. Originally they were called "___Energy" in the PTCGO game data, but this changed to "Basic___Energy" in PTCGL. I personally feel that the pages we have for basic energy types should match the now named cards, but I cant say that we have come to that consensus to move the pages. 4iamking 03:15, 5 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
