Camouflage Gen 3 Fishing

Unsure how to make a comment or suggestion or anything (don't want to edit it without being sure), but in the Gen 3 table for the terrain it says that fishing will never be water because fishing is done from an adjacent tile. Is this still true if you fish while swimming? You're on a water tile after all, unless the surfing pokemon somehow counts as a tile. Emilia04 (talk) 14:48, 29 May 2026 (UTC)
