Man speaking Japanese

In the house that gives you a random berry each day, there's a man off to the side, and in the English version of the games he speaks in Japanese. It seems he's saying something along the lines of "I can tell you're no ordinary trainer... I recommend that you challenge the Pokémon World Championships". Sunno if this is noteworthy or not.
