Video Game Rules
Weren't the rules for the VGC side of the event revealed last month in Japan? The rules being Double battles, with players only able to use Unova Pokémon excluding Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta and Genesect?
