'''Emeras''' (Japanese: '''ラピス''' ''Lapis'') are items introduced in [[Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon]]. By putting them into [[looplet]]s, Pokémon can gain beneficial effects while traveling through a dungeon. Once the leader enters a room with an emera in it, a countdown will appear over the emera that decreases at the end of each turn. If an emera is not picked up before the countdown reaches zero, it will shatter into dust that covers nearby floor tiles. If dust is collected from twenty tiles, a new emera will form. Emera dust can also be found randomly in rooms, hallways, and under destroyed walls in some dungeons, even if no emera was there initially. An emera created by collecting dust or dropped by a Pokémon will never shatter and will remain on the floor until it is collected again. Emeras disappear outside of dungeons.

| Holding a looplet with this emera prevents the Belly from getting empty as turns go by. Using this emera as an item slightly increases your HP during the adventure.

| Holding a looplet with this emera changes the weather on the floor to [[harsh sunlight|sunny]]. During this weather, {{type|Fire}} moves deal more damage and Water-type moves deal less damage. Using this emera as an item slightly increases your HP during the adventure.
