I don't want to dismiss your problems out of hand, but if you can't either tell me how to replicate the troubles you're having or give some ''very strong'' proof (like a video that runs from you clearing one condition to not being able to trigger Birch's event), it's really hard for me to just take your word. One time, after I beat the elite 4 & champion, and after walking out onto route 101, I found Prof. Birch being chased by his wife instead of a Poochyena. I couldn't find anything about this on the page, so I just wanted to put this here because I'm not sure what makes this happen. | |||
