:Okay, tested in Internet Explorer, and it seems to work normally there, as & was properly converted to %26. Seems the issue only applies to certain browsers, like Safari. ::Kogoro updated the code, but because of where it is, it's very slow to update. Browser choice has nothing to do with the issue at all, simply the javascript that encoded those links had failed to 'escape' the page title, and with the limited knowledge of javascript among active staff it took us a while to figure out how to fix it.
