They are notable characters so they should have their own article(s). Or this page could be expanded to cover them too. One question: how many chairmen are there; Johto and Sinnoh clearly have their own but with Hoenn one it isn't that apparent, he could be the one appearing in GS chapter but I'm far from being sure.
