What happens when you face them without any Poké Balls on hand? Or you run out of them in the battle? Does beating/running from it restart the battle or transport you somewhere you can buy Poké Balls? Because otherwise you're stuck forever. --<span style="font-family:monospace;color: rgb(0,160,0); background-color: black">HTMLCODER.exe@bulbapedia$_ /usr/bin/apache2 -k restart</span> 12:23, 16 October 2010 (UTC)

:::1) You can throw away the Master Ball.
:::2) You can give the Master Ball to a Pokémon and release it.
:::3) You can meet and catch the roaming legendary before you fight the box legendary(a good reason to use the Master Ball).
:::4) If you beat the box legendary it just stays there, and you can so walk back to the room with the Plasma Member that'll warp you back to the Pokémon League Pokémon Center. Didn't try running, though I assume it will have a similar result.
:::5) If you don't have any , you can go and the Triple/Rotation trainers for money to buy some balls.
:::6) If you don't have any strong Pokémon, you must have at least one left, which you can slowly train up against wild Pokémon until it's strong enough to beat some trainers to get some money.
:::7) If your Pokémon don't know any offensive attacks, well, that's where infinite-use TMs come in handy.
:::8) Anyway, a Team Plasma Member in N's Castle will give you an Ultra Ball, which afterward the first catchable Pokémon you should see is the box legendary, so you should have at least one ball facing it the first time. Bluesun 00:16, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
