[http://veekun.com/dex/moves/power%20trick Veekun] says that the ''original stats'' are swapped, and [http://www.smogon.com/dp/moves/power_trick Smogon] says that the ''Attack and Defense boosts are still applied to their stat'', so it looks like you are exactly right, this page is wrong. Saying that Power Trick makes Shuckle's defense higher than its attack doesn't make sense; Shuckle already has buttloads more defense than attack anyway.
