This card can only be attached to Pokémon. This card provides Energy only while this card is attached to a Pokémon.

The attacks of your opponent's Pokémon do 10 less damage to the Pokémon this card is attached to (before applying Weakness and Resistance).

This card was included in the Primal Clash expansion, first released in the Japanese Gaia Volcano expansion. In Japan, it was reprinted in the M Master Deck Build Box Speed Style released August 7, 2015. It was reprinted again in Japan in The Best of XY subset.

This card later received an erratum to change its damage reduction effect to apply after applying Weakness and Resistance (instead of before). The entire effect was rephrased as "Any damage done to the Pokémon this card is attached to by an opponent's attack is reduced by 10 (after applying Weakness and Resistance)."
