Information

Facing a New Trial is a subset in the Pokémon Card Game Sun & Moon Era in Japan. It was released on April 21, 2017. It was considered as an enhancement of the second main expansion, Islands Await You and Alolan Moonlight, providing new prints of Pokémon already included in the second expansion. All the cards included within the Japanese subset are Mirror Holofoil, and all non-secret cards, except Pokémon-GX, have no rarity symbols. The Korean version of this set, instead, includes both the non-holo and the Mirror holofoil versions of all cards, except Pokémon-GX.
