Magical Pokémon Journey: Pokémon Sleepover is the sixteenth monthly issue released by VIZ Media of the Magical Pokémon Journey manga created by Yumi Tsukirino. It contains the eighth and ninth bonus chapters of the manga. The chapters originally released in this book were later re-released as part of Volume 4.

- The group play a game of hide-and-seek, during which Peanut, Pikachu, and Clefairy get lost in a scary cave.
- Hazel and the Pokémon sleep over at Coconut's house after hearing a scary ghost story told by Almond. Due to misunderstandings caused by the Pokémon being scared, they trash Coconut's bedroom.
Trivia
- In the Pokémon File at the end of this issue, which also appears in Volume 4, Bulbasaur is identified with the nickname "Bulba". Despite this, she is never referred to with a nickname in the English translation by any characters in the regular manga pages.
