Release information

This Frienda Pick was given away at participating ÆON Malls and THE OUTLETS shopping centers between July 18 and 27, 2025. People could download the ÆON Mall app or THE OUTLETS app and obtain a coupon from them. If a coupon was shown to staff at an appropriate store, they would receive a copy of this Frienda Pick. Coupons were intended to be distributed amongst family members, up to a maximum of five, and coupons could not be redeemed at a store if a child of junior high school age or below was not present. Only one Frienda Pick could be redeemed per coupon.

Players that used this Frienda Pick between July 18 and September 17, 2025 would get a Limited Bonus! (Japanese: いまだけボーナス！) at the start of the first turn during Battle and Catch! mode, which provided Pikachu with an attack bonus.

This Frienda Pick features Mewtwo as Pikachu's tag partner. Thunderbolt is a move that Pikachu can learn in the games. Psystrike is a move that Mewtwo can learn in the games.
