Plot

The Pokémon in the forest are panicking as Clefairy, who's job is to tell time, has lost their voice, meaning no one knows what time it is. They watch as a doctor Poliwhirl examines them, however they're unable to figure out why Clefairy's lost their voice as they're perfectly healthy in every other way. The crowd of Pokémon go ask the forest elder, a Kadabra, who says that someone has stolen Clefairy's voice, sending the Pokémon searching for the thief to no avail. Meanwhile a little girl walks into the forest and talks to a Ponyta, saying she found a bottle full of strange musical notes in her house - which turns out to be Clefairy's voice. The Pokémon thank her and bring the bottle back to Clefairy's house, giving them their voice back and finally letting everyone go to sleep - waking up the next morning at seven o'clock thanks to Clefairy's song.
