Effect
When an opponent's attack move targeting the user's Pokémon misses, one of the user and its allies' stats (Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed, accuracy, or evasivness) has a chance of being raised by two stat ranks. The skill can range from Opp Fail: Team Stats ↑2 1 to Opp Fail: Team Stats ↑2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Opp Fail: Team Stats ↑2 9 will always raise one of the user and its allies' stats by two stat ranks. Currently, only Opp Fail: Team Stats ↑2 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
