Mr. Windychu (Japanese: カゼピカくんKazepika-kun) is a character in Pokémon Winds and Waves. He is a tanned Pikachu wearing a batik shirt, sunglasses, and a fedora. He will be involved in the player's adventure.[2] He was revealed in the first trailer for the game, alongside Ms. Wavychu.
