Card text
This attack also does 20 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)
Discard an Energy from this Pokémon. If you do, switch it with 1 of your Benched Pokémon.
Release information
This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art card in the Sword & Shield expansion, first released in the Japanese Shield expansion. Both prints feature artwork by 5ban Graphics. It was reprinted as one of the SWSH Black Star Promos with different artwork by the same artist and was available in both the Champion's Path Premium Collection—Marnie and Champion's Path Special Collection—Marnie from October 23, 2020. The Regular Sword & Shield print was later included in the Shining Fates expansion.
