Mewtwo Returns (manga)
(Japanese: ミュウツー！我ハココニ在リ Mewtwo! I Am Here) is a manga adaptation of the animated series special of the same name. It was released to coincide with the release of the twenty-second movie and its own manga adaptation. It is adapted by Machito Gomi.

Differences between the animated series and the manga
- Team Rocket's balloon doesn't have rockets attached to it for a getaway, unlike in the special.
- Instead of a pair of force-field machines, Giovanni uses the armor from Mewtwo Strikes Back to restrain Mewtwo.
