Rulings

If Slowking with the "Seek Inspiration" attack copies Metagross's "Metallic Hammer" attack, and the Slowking has no Energy attached, the Slowking player can have the attack do 150 more damage even without discarding any Energy (as there are none to discard). However, if there are any Energy attached to the Slowking, the player must discard them according to the attack text.
