Rubbing its fleece generates electricity. You'll want to pet it because it's cute, but if you use your bare hand, you'll get a painful shock.
綿毛が こすれ 電気が たまる。 かわいいからと 素手で 触ると バチッと 痺れて 痛いのだ。
Release information
This card was included in the Evolving Skies expansion with artwork by Yukiko Baba, first released in the Japanese Blue Sky Stream expansion. In Japan, it was reprinted in the Start Deck 100 and as a Mirror Holofoil in the Charizard VSTAR vs Rayquaza VMAX Special Deck Set. It was reprinted, alongside a Galarian Gallery holo rare card with artwork by Kouki Saitou, in the Japanese VSTAR Universe subset. This Galarian Gallery holo rare print was subsequently released outside Asia in the special Crown Zenith expansion. The Evolving Skies print was reprinted in the Japanese Premium Trainer Box ex.

Trivia
The Crown Zenith print's artwork is part of a combined illustration with eight other cards from the Galarian Gallery subset: Riolu, Swablu, Duskull, Bidoof, Pikachu, Turtwig, Paras, and Poochyena. The nine cards do not follow conventional ordering in any set localization and are instead ordered according to how they compose the larger illustration. In Asia, the VSTAR Universe prints of these cards were always enclosed together in a single pack, colloquially referred to as "god packs", and were difficult to obtain.
Origin
Rear Kick is an attack that first appeared on Dark Rapidash from Team Rocket. Electro Ball is a move in the Pokémon games that Mareep can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Moon.
