Make a Wish is the ending theme for the English dub of Jirachi: Wish Maker. It is the English equivalent of A Small Thing. Early in the movie, May tells Ash and Brock that her mother used to sing it to her as a lullaby when she was a little girl, and then she sings it to Max. During the ending credits, a full version of the song is played with lyrics in both English and Japanese. This is the first time that the English dub left original Japanese lyrics in the song.
The Japanese lyrics are performed by Asuca Hayashi, and the English lyrics are performed by Cindy Mizelle and written by Norman Grossfeld.
