This disk could be obtained by successfully capturing Lugia while playing the Special Lugia Course, which could be unlocked on any arcade unit by scanning the corresponding QR Code. The QR Code was on one of the pages of the Pokémon Everyone's Quiz & Puzzle Book, included in Happy Meals at participating McDonald's restaurants on the weekend of July 7 and 8, 2018. The QR Code expired after September 12, 2018.
