Kenta Kamakari (鎌苅 健太 Kamakari Kenta) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime.


Fukumatsu was born on November 30, 1958, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. In addition to being a voice actor, Fukumatsu is also an actor and singer. He started work on the Pokémon anime with Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon, where he voiced DJ Leo. Kamakari is currently affiliated with talent group Yzpapa.
