Julian (Japanese: ジュリアン Julian) is the protagonist of PT12.
Julian is a boy who lives in Kalos with his father. In PT12, he was seen reluctant to go to school, initially traumatized by an accident, he decided to wait on the stairs until he found a wild Gogoat, after trying to scare it away, Gogoat started following him and making the young man open up. Days before, Julian and his friend Lucas while skating on their skates in the streets almost hurt a Budew, however it was Julian who was hurt. This incident caused the two friends to drift apart.
Now in the present time, almost participating in a similar incident, Julian was saved by Gogoat and this made the young man realize that his friend was only interested in protecting the little Pokémon. Upon arriving at school with Gogoat, Julian made peace with Lucas and the two decided to go for a walk together riding Gogoat.
