This card was included as a Regular card and a Full Art special illustration rare card in the Prismatic Evolutions expansion, first released in the Japanese Terastal Fest ex subset. Trivia

Origin

This card features a Terastallized Glaceon with the Stellar Tera Type. Frost Bullet is an attack that first appeared on Glaceon-GX from Ultra Prism. The Euclase attack is named after euclase, a beryllium-containing mineral usually blue in color.
