This card is banned from the Gym Leader Challenge format as of April 20, 2026. The card's ability to allow Psychic-type Pokémon such as Iron Boulder, Zacian, Mimikyu, and Blacephalon to use powerful attacks for a single Energy attachment and no other opportunity cost was deemed to be an unfair advantage for Psychic decks.[1]
