A secret version of this disk could later be obtained by evolving a Cosmog captured from the first Ultra Legend set. Secret versions of disks typically feature the Shiny version of the Pokémon depicted, but this version instead features graphical changes to the layout introduced in the Ultra Legend series.

Trivia
- This disk has identical stats to the other Cosmoem disk from the same set. The only difference is its ability to evolve into Lunala, represented by the Pokémon Moon symbol.
- Cosmic Power is one of the few status moves to be featured on a peripheral used with Takara Tomy arcade titles. Like its core series counterpart, it raises Cosmoem's defense and special defense and deals no damage.
