Release information
This disk was awarded as a participation prize at each Pokémon Ga-Olé Fresh Trainer Battle event held at select venues across Japan between July 16 and August 14, 2016, with an additional venue added on September 11, 2016. Entrants were challenged to achieve the highest score possible playing 1 round on a Special Course that featured any 2 in combination of Grade 4 opponent Pokémon Chesnaught, Delphox, and Greninja. Players achieving the top 10 scores at each event were awarded a certificate. All participants were awarded either this disk, a Venusaur disk, or a Charizard disk at random. It was awarded again in the same manner at several later events. Details of these events are as follows:
- At each Pokémon Ga-Olé Fresh Trainer Battle Autumn Tour event held at select venues across Japan between October 15 and 30, 2016. The first 100 registered Ga-Olé Members at each event, including all subsequent Fresh Trainer Battle events, were also awarded a Ga-Olé Pass sticker featuring Mewtwo.
- At each Pokémon Ga-Olé Fresh Trainer Battle event held at select venues in Japan on November 19, 20, and 26, 2016. In addition to a certificate, the top 10 high-scorers also earned preferential entry into the Full-Force Battle ~Solgaleo & Lunala Challenge!~ held in early 2017.
- Awarded to the first 50 participants at each Super Strong! Trainer Battle event held at participating Namco arcades between December 10 and 25, 2016. Entrants were challenged to defeat Battle Leader Racto and his team of 2 Pokémon comprising Lucario and Garchomp, both of which could Mega Evolve. The first 20 registered Ga-Olé Members at each event were also awarded a Ga-Olé Pass sticker featuring Mewtwo. In addition to a certificate, the top 5 high-scorers also earned preferential entry into the Full-Force Battle ~Solgaleo & Lunala Challenge!~ held in early 2017.
