When you play M Alakazam-EX from your hand to evolve this Pokémon, before it evolves, you may put 2 damage counters on your opponent's Active Pokémon and 3 damage counters on 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon.

Suppression

サプレッション

Put 3 damage counters on each of your opponent's Pokémon that has any Energy attached to it.

Pokémon-EX Rule

When a Pokémon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Release information

This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art card, and as a Secret card in the Fates Collide expansion, first released in the Japanese Awakening Psychic King expansion. The Regular print features artwork by PLANETA, while the Full Art print features artwork by Ryo Ueda. The secret print has artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita and features Umbreon and Lugia from the set alongside Alakazam. The Regular print was later reprinted in the Japanese The Best of XY subset.

• The Regular print of this card was illustrated by PLANETA Otani.
• Kinesis's effect of activating when Alakazam-EX evolves was likely done to effectively allow M Alakazam-EX to have an Ability, as Mega Evolution Pokémon do not have abilities.
