Welch's Pokémon Jelly Jars are collectible jars decorated with Pokémon characters to encase Welch's grape jelly. Sold for the first time on April 1, 2000[1], the jars include designs of one of nine Pokémon. These Pokémon were Pikachu, Togepi, Clefairy, Bulbasaur, Meowth, Squirtle, Charmander, Psyduck, and Poliwhirl. This is Welch's 25th set of collectible jelly jars, and like the other cartoon characters' jars, are used to reflect the popular culture of each generation. The jars contained nine ounces of jelly, and over nine million of them were produced.

A contest was also held by Welch's to go along with the promotional jars. It was a coloring contest held from when the jars first appeared up until July 31, 2000. 100 winners received a Game Boy as their prize.
