Volt

Volt (Japanese: Volt) is a character of the day who appeared in That's Just Swellow. His English voice actor is J. Griff.

Volt was a competitor in Crossgate Town's annual PokéRinger Tournament. He had a massive ego, due to the fact that in the previous year's competition, he won despite not participating before. However, Ash was confident in his ability to defeat Volt.

The two faced each other in the first round of competition. Volt used his Volbeat's Thunder to quickly take care of a Ninjask and Golbat in the competition. But Ash remained calm. Using his Taillow, Ash got the ring and was about to win. Volt used his Volbeat's Thunder again to try and stop Taillow. But the Flying-type stayed strong and was able to defeat the champion Volt.

Volt was stunned that Ash had defeated him, and was left wondering how it happened.
