Gen I trainer classes
The Leader, Champion, and Rival trainer classes did exist during Gen I, but were unnamed.--ForceFire 06:30, 26 June 2018 (UTC)
- Ok. But since the random trainers also had no names, the Gym leaders and Champion had no Trainer classes. Sure, they were gym leaders and champion, but gym leader and Champion as trainer classes did not exist in gen 1, much as Nidoking and Nidoqueen while male and female, gender did not exist as a mechanic, and despite pokedex entries like Arbok's, regional variations did not exist mechanically. - They're still Gym Leaders or Champion, the trainer class may have not been named, but the idea was there.--ForceFire 06:54, 26 June 2018 (UTC)
- I know. But it was not a "Trainer Class", much as friendship, gender, and regional variation did not nechanically exist, but were still implied. RubyLeafGreenCrystal (talk) 06:57, 26 June 2018 (UTC)
