Userspace limits

Hi. I noticed you have been editing the User: namespace a lot recently. Please don't do it any more, though. Bulbapedia's Userspace policy restricts the amount you can edit your userpage: no more than one edit per day. This policy was instated to prevent strain on our server, and also to promote people helping out in the mainspace. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, after all, so help us out by contributing to some articles before coming back to your personal userpage. I was aware of this policy. What I wasn't aware of was that previewing an edit before actually saving it fell under this same category. As of today I had decided to make my own userspace page. I had to preview what my changes were going to look like a whole lot because I had no idea how to make a userspace beyond simply typing text. I looked for a how-to page and couldn't find one, so I had to try and do it myself. I offer my apologies if this caused any distress and will try to limit my activity from here out. This policy was instated to prevent promote people helping out in the mainspace, and also to control strain on our server. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, after all, so help us out by contributing to some articles before coming back to your personal userpage. I'm confused. I've edited the mainspace a lot more than I edited my userspace today. I added pictures to two articles in need of a photo and made other various contributions throughout the mystery dungeon section of the wiki. I thought I was following all the rules. I knew you could only make 3 edits per day, but I also thought I read that if you have one mainspace edit for every userspace edit after the first 3 you could edit your userspace more than 3 times.
