Pikadex (informally known as Simon) is a Pokemon Trainer who is best known for their passion to train and learn everything there is to know about electric type pokemon, while their ultimate goal of becoming a master of their favorite pokemon, Pikachu.

My Backstory It was a cold rainy day in the winter, and I had a slight cold earlier that morning, so I wanted to rest in bed doing nothing, and that’s when it happened. I decided that I would entertain myself by finding an interesting show or movie to watch, and as I began to scroll through the list of options on my television, that’s when I passed over my first look at a Pokémon movie. It looked interesting, and I decided to give it a try, so I started watching with some doubts that I would be able to follow the gist of the story, and upon getting to the introduction of the movie, it already seemed interesting, which was a bit surprising to me at the time. I continued watching, becoming enthralled more and more by the plot of the movie, it was something that I knew would grow on me. I told my parents about it, they had heard of it before in the past, but never investigated it any further. That’s about the time when I found myself becoming even more interested in everything it had to offer, and it wasn’t long until I had discovered the anime shows. The shows looked interesting too, so I decided to give them a watch, and they were episodes from the newest season, which was Sun & Moon. I finished the entire season that my television subscription allowed me to watch, and then I found out about the seasons previous to the one I had watched, so I definitely realized that I needed to start from the beginning, and so that’s what brings me here today as a Pokémon fan. I have become a fanatic of collecting anything I can find, including pictures and posters, trading cards, plushies, figurines, and even video games.

Bulbagarden I probably first started using the Bulbapedia website in my early days of Pokemon, long before I knew how to actually use the website, and before I even knew the site I was visiting. I discovered the Bulbagarden forums later after becoming a fan, and I made my account on February 15, 2019. My account remained dormant and out of use over the course of a few month's time, right up until I realized that a staff drive was being held for applicants to begin working for the forum team. That’s when I decided to apply to take my career as a member of Bulbagarden to something more, and I was accepted as a staff member on June 18, 2019. Later, my account was made on Bulbapedia, and that’s when I started asking around for other staff who could help me set up my userpage on there, and that’s when I began editing actual articles across the website.

About Me I am seventeen years old, and I work for Bulbagarden as a forum moderator. I enjoy doing a lot of things online, but outside of my computerized life, the most common pastimes that I do would include taking care of my pets, drawing, and going for walks around my neighborhood. I was an aquarium hobbyist and keeper for roughly three years, and I have helped people and their aquariums, as well as attended a local convention in which I met some amazing hobbyists alike in my time as an aquarist. Some extra interests that I like include anime, fictional movies, and video games.
