Urara (Japanese: ウララ Urara) is a one-time character who appeared in DP114. She is voiced by 川澄綾子 Ayako Kawasumi in Japanese.
She is a Coordinator who entered the Akebi Contest along with Dawn. It was also revealed that she had also entered the Wallace Cup and as such hated the fact that Dawn was able to win it, and emphasized several times how she though it was a fluke. She developed a rivalry with her.
Urara first met Dawn outside the Akebi Contest Hall after her Gabite got into a confrontation with Pachirisu after it stepped on its Poffin. Urara offered Pachirisu one of her Poffins but the Pokémon refused it, which insulted her.
During the contest, she managed to make it to the finals (along with Dawn), defeating Jessie and Carnivine in the process. She ultimately lost to Dawn, but she thought it was only the time limit that saved her.
