(Japanese: シューティのツタージャ Shooti's Tsutarja) is Shooti's very first Pokémon. He obtained it from Professor Araragi in the first episode of Best Wishes!.
Tsutarja was Shooti's choice over Pokabu and Mijumaru as his first Pokémon. Shortly after obtaining it, he challenged Ash to a Pokémon battle and used Tsutarja against his Pikachu. Because of Pikachu's inability to use Electric attacks due to an encounter with Zekrom, Tsutarja was able to defeat him.
