Torchic (Japanese: アチャモ Achamo) is a Fire-type Basic Pokémon card. It is part of the EX Ruby & Sapphire expansion.

Release information
This card was reprinted as card #8 of the Nintendo Black Star Promos with different artwork by Atsuko Nishida; this variety was released in September 2003 at Pokémon card leagues. In Japan, it was released as a McDonald's promotional card in January 2003. It was reprinted again as Black Star Promo #6 with the original artwork exclusively in Europe in July 2004 at POP tournaments.
Trivia
The print released through POP tournaments in Europe has a foil Poké Ball symbol in the bottom right of the illustration.

Peck is a move in the Pokémon games that Torchic can learn.
