As shown above, {{User:Tiddlywinks/Grid}}
can be used if the move targets the user. It can also be used to manually create a grid not covered by one of the pre-made grids shown below. To do this, {{User:Tiddlywinks/Grid}}
's row and column parameters (row1col1, row1col2, row2col1, etc) can be used to set the exact colors of required cells. (The orange used in the grids is F8A040, the red is F85870, and the blue is 6495ED.)

"Talk" talk
YES! This is much better, the other table looks horrible with the picture being so small. I'm aware that other sources have accuracy and the exact power of the moves, but the game doesn't, so you'll either have to copy them, which isn't good, or do you have access to internal data of the game? --Wowy(Talk) 00:11, 20 December 2014 (UTC)
- I have nothing... All I'm trying to do is to make a more usable template. I don't have Conquest and have hardly ever even thought of playing it. When it's finished and mainspaced (prob after staff approve it, which may take some while), I intend to leave it entirely in others' hands (as far as using it anyway; if it should need some more coding somehow, I'd be happy to hear of it). - Template-wise, I think moving the stars to the 'power' section would be ok because the stars just tell you the power of the move. And out of personal preference, I think the boxes showing the attack direction would look better upright than on its side, but that's just my opinion :) --Wowy(Talk) 00:26, 20 December 2014 (UTC)
- I didn't give horizontal/vertical a whole lot of thought, mostly just taking Drake's expressed preference. For now, since I've started like this, I'd just like to bust out all the variations that Veekun shows using this alignment. Then people can argue which is better. - I've finished all my tidying up. I moved "Power" to be right under the stars instead of inline for now. I do idly wonder if type shouldn't be directly represented by a type icon (
{{ic}}
). Overall, I think it's pretty good right now, though. I'd be happy to hear any critiques now (repeat yourself if you like). Tiddlywinks (talk) 18:04, 20 December 2014 (UTC)
