For this to work, on your page with your own picture, type in:
{{User Favorite Shipping|
After that, if you wish to have your own image, type in the exact file name of the image and then the "|". And finally, type the name of your favorite shipping, and finally the ending "}}".
For example, if your favorite shipping was AppealShipping, you would type this:
{{User Favorite Shipping|Appealshipping.png|Appealshipping}}
And end up with this:
