Team Magma
Team Magma (Japanese: マグマ団 Magma-Dan) is one of the villainous teams to be found in Hoenn. Team Magma's goal is to raise and expand the landmasses of the world with the power of Groudon. The leader of Team Magma is Maxie.
In the Game
Team Magma is made up of three different ranks.
Grunts- The lowest ranking members Admins- Subleaders. There are only two on each team. Leader- I think you get the point.
Their pokemon range from Numels for Grunts, Camerupts, Golbats, Mightyena, and Poochyena.
In the Anime
Plain outragous. Team Magma only appears several times, searching for clues on the ancient pokemon Groudon. Their leader, Maxie, never even touches a pokeball, much less, control Groudon.While returning to base in a submarine, they acidentally pick up Ash and co, who are discovered by Maxie.
Their pokemon usually range from Houndoom and Mightyena.
In the Manga
Team Magma is still consisted of three different ranks, just as the two above. Instead of admins, you have the Fireheads Trio, composed of three trainers with specialties relating to the use of fire.
