I've only found two items so far in Victory Road, and their locations don't match up to the locations listed on this page. The wild Pokémon I've found in this area suggest I'm in the "riverside" portion (and there is indeed a river there), but I've found a Full Restore in the southwestern corner of the area and an Ultra Ball near a female Veteran. Could it be version dependent? Item listings
I've only found two items so far in Victory Road, and their locations don't match up to the locations listed on this page.
