I think someone might've typed Scraggy twice on the list of pokemon that learn torment from a TM. Scroll to 559 / 560. 559 should be Scrafty, however I'm not changing it because I cannot confirm if Scrafty can learn Torment. | |||

I've rewritten the Torment description to be more accurate with when Torment is used in a turn; sometimes, it will begin on the very next turn if Torment goes first. However, what I have not tried is using two-turn moves like Hyper Beam, Fly, Dig, etc. I presume it will apply to Fly, Dig, etc., but using Hyper Beam will generate a rest period; will Torment and the rest period in effect be the same turn, and Hyper Bean useable again immediately after the rest? I can confirm from recent and bitter experience that torment will not kick in the used before an opponent who is using the same move they did last turn. What will happen if a Pokemon who has been hit with encore is hit with torment, or vice versa?

I can confirm from recent and bitter experience that torment will not kick in the used before an opponent who is using the same move they did last turn. Samjohn95 20:28, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
