2019 press conference Chinese language version?

Does the cancellation of the Chinese language live stream mean that no version of the press conference in Chinese is available anywhere? I haven't been able to find one. It would sure be disappointing if they had a Chinese translator but they only got a few lines in the beginning and then simultaneous translation obscured everything else including Ethan Wang's Chinese.
