The Mew Glitch is a perfectly legitimate way to capture Mew, considering the fact that [[Shigeki Morimoto]] programmed it in on purpose. | |||

:He didn't program in the Mew glitch; he programmed in the Pokemon Mew itself. The glitch is not intrinsically related to Mew itself; it was only named as such because it happened to become famous for being a non-hacking way to obtain Mew. It doesn't belong in the Game Locations section because literally every Generation I Pokemon (and, to my knowledge, every Gen I glitch Pokemon as well) can be obtained via the glitch.
