Can it be moved to 99II9 (the IIs being capital i's)?

There is no real difference between the two. In my opinion, the two should be considered equal!

probably not...

because then if we wanted to search for 99||9 (correct spelling) then if we moved it to the

incorrect spelling, people would not be able to see it unless they use an advanced search

Even then, the title of the article would STILL be incorrect due to technical limitations. A capital I is not the same as a vertical pipe, the latter of which doesn't work in article titles due to being used for a MediaWiki function. If the title can't be made to be correct, it's best not to make a page move merely for style purposes.
And no, I don't want to hear a suggestion of using lowercase L's either. That's just as stupid as using capital I's. --Shiningpikablu252 22:43, 4 December 2008 (UTC)
