Professor Elm (Japanese: ウツギ博士 Dr. Utsugi) is a Trainer card. It is part of the Neo Genesis set.

This card was reprinted by Wizards of the Coast in reverse holofoil as a Best of Game promotional card.
Trivia
- The restriction against playing any more Trainer cards after this card is played is similar to the rules of the later-released Supporter cards, of which only one could be played per turn. The cards depicting Elm's successors, Professor Birch and Professor Rowan, are both Supporters.
- The effect of this card is similar to that of Professor Oak of the Base Set.
Origin
- Professor Elm is the local Pokémon professor of Johto.
