The Pokémon Wiki, formerly known as The Pokémon Encyclopedia is a Pokémon-centered wiki hosted on the for-profit website Wikia.

History

The Pokémon Wiki was created during January 2005. It has since then gone through three different logo changes, a name change, and currently has over 3,000 articles about the Pokémon Franchise.

Conflicts

Due to misunderstandings in licensing, users from The Pokémon Wiki have been known to plagiarize Bulbapedia's content, and subsequently refused to provide attribution to the original writers of some articles. This has largely been resolved.
