Wanted: Pikachu! (Japanese: VSピカチュウ VS. Pikachu) is the fourth round of the Pokémon Special manga.

Synopsis

In western Pewter City a group of angry people pursue a wild Pikachu that steals and eats their products, but every time they corner it, the Mouse Pokémon escapes thanks to its electricity. Trying to help the business people, Red enters into the action and chooses Bulbasaur to defeat the trouble-maker, only one PoisonPowder is necessary to capture it. After a talk with the citizens, Red tries to befriend Pikachu but is rejected, is when Green shows up and makes fun of him, and he challenges Red to try to be the first to defeat the leader of that city, Brock, to win the precious Boulderbadge. Red accepts and visits the Pokémon Center to prepare himself to the big battle ahead, but he finds the Center closed for damages, and the only Pokémon he has with full energy is ... Pikachu.
