Bulbasaur, Come Home! (Japanese: VSゴーリキー VS. Goriky) is the second round of the Pokémon Special manga and also the second one in the Red, Green & Blue chapter.
Synopsis
When Red enters in the desolate Professor Oak's Laboratory only sees abunch of Pokéballs in a stand and one separated from the others, a Bulbasaur. Suddenly the professor enters completely freaked out calling him a thief when accidentaly frees all the Pokémon. Red and the professor goes in the search of the Pokémon and they cath them one by one until they arrive in Viridian City to catch the last one who enters in the Gym of the city. Everything is dark inside and they can only see a Giovanni's statue and the scared Bulbasaur, when Oak brings close it attacks him, but it behaves gently with Red, he tries to catch it back when an angry Machoke attacks them, but Bulbasaur defend them, the power of the Pokémon and Red's strategy defeats the Machoke with a SolarBeam. Back in the laboratory Red justifies himself for enter without invitation and the professor praises his intelligence giving him the Bulbasaur, a Pokédex and a new mission, complete it.
